متى أستلم فلوسي؟When do I get paid?

كل أسبوع يطلع لك كشف: عدد التوصيلات، أجرك، والكاش اللي معاك. نحوّل الصافي على الآيبان.Every week you get a statement: deliveries, your pay and the cash you hold. We transfer the net to your IBAN.

والكاش اللي أستلمه من العملاء؟And the cash I collect from customers?

ينخصم من كشفك أو تسلّمه للمكتب. بالبداية الحد 20 د.ك كاش معاك، إذا وصلته تطلع لك الطلبات المدفوعة بس لين تسلّمه.It comes off your statement or you hand it to the office. At first you can hold up to 20 KD; above that you only see prepaid orders until you hand it over.

شنو يصير إذا تقييمي نزل؟What if my rating drops?

العملاء يقيّمون كل توصيلة. إذا نزل تقييمك تحت 4 من 5 بعد 10 تقييمات، يوقف الحساب مؤقتاً والإدارة تكلمك.Customers rate every delivery. Under 4 out of 5 after 10 ratings, the account pauses and we call you.

لازم أشتغل ساعات معينة؟Do I have to work set hours?

لا. تبدأ وتخلّص بوقتك من التطبيق، وتقبل اللي يناسبك.No. Start and stop when you like in the app, and accept what suits you.

فيه رسوم للتسجيل؟Is there a joining fee?

لا، ولا فلس.No, not a single fils.
