Terms and conditions

1. Who provides the service

The services are provided by Dirise (ديرايز لتقديم الخدمات اللوجستية ش.ش.و, "the Company"), Shuwaikh, Kuwait. By using the website or the app or sending an order, you accept these terms.

2. Services

Services include delivery inside Kuwait, storage and international shipping. Their types, prices and times are shown on the website and in the app when you send an order. The price shown when you send the order applies to that order; the Company may change prices for later orders.

3. Order details

• You must enter correct and complete details: recipient phone, area, address and order details.
• Delivery may be delayed or fail if details are wrong or incomplete, or if the recipient cannot be reached.
• You are responsible for the details you enter and for what follows from any mistake in them.

4. What you may send

You may not send anything that the law of Kuwait forbids carrying or trading. The Company may refuse or stop any order it suspects breaks the law or these terms. Contents must be packed so that they are protected in transit.

5. Delivery

• The driver contacts the recipient on arrival, and the order is handed to the recipient or their representative.
• The Company may ask for proof of delivery, such as the recipient's signature, a delivery photo or a hand-over code, according to the options set for the order.
• You can track your order with its tracking number. Private order details are protected by a verification code, and wrong attempts are limited to protect customers' privacy.

6. Delays

If delivery is late for a reason that lies with the Company, the delay is handled under the compensation rules shown in your account, and the amount due is returned to your wallet or your bundle balance as the case may be. The Company is not responsible for delay caused by matters beyond its control, such as weather, official closures or the recipient being unreachable.

7. Cash collection

If you ask us to collect cash from the recipient, the amount is collected on delivery and settled with you as agreed in your account. No amount is collected unless you state it clearly when you send the order.

8. Cancellation and returns

You may ask to cancel an order before it is processed. If delivery fails for reasons on the recipient's side, the Company may return the order to the sender or try again, as agreed with you.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. The Company may suspend an account that is misused.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled under the privacy policy.

11. Changes and governing law

The Company may change these terms; a change applies from the date it is published on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
